TRAVEL & ACCOMMODATION: Our Policy

We have a policy where we require accommodation and a travel fee, where any of the following apply:

An 11 hour day or more including travel time
A finish that’s later than 10pm
More than 2 hours travel to get home

We aim to keep things as low cost as possible, so will always look for a nearby Travelodge/Premier Inn for 2 nights. One either side of your wedding date.

Any wedding within 50 miles of Bristol is included in the price. Beyond 50 miles, we charge a travel fee and/or accommodation. For international destinations, travel and accommodation charges will apply.

We prefer to drive, as we love road trips, and public transport with all of our equipment is not fun!
